Going Forward (this blog) is my public author diary. And like all diaries, she hit a huge fallow period. There really hasn’t been much going on… well, there’s one really big thing, but I can’t talk about it yet. Let’s just say that one of my author bucket list dreams was finally achieved…

One of my major goals for this year is to start making YouTube videos. My first series will document the process of writing, editing, and publishing TMN with blog posts posted here as companion pieces. I hope to launch in October but I’m still in early pre-production. I have all the footage, voice notes, and visual ideas sketched out, just not yet assembled.

I’ve also been chugging along on TWE. I lost the heart of the book for awhile because I got stuck while revising the beginning fifteen million times. Who knew too much banter was a bad thing! Not me! Pleased to report my agent finally approved the pages and sent them on to next steps. Double-pleased to report that I’ve found my way back in and have revised up to Act 2 of the full manuscript.

Other than that… there isn’t anything I’d like to talk about just yet.
